Mahindra sells 29,884 tractors in India during April 2018
Total tractor sales (domestic + exports) during April 2018 were at 30,925 units, as against 26,151 units for the same period last year. Exports for the month stood at 1,041 units

Mahindra & Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES), a part of the USD 19 billion Mahindra Group, announced its tractor sales numbers for April 2018.
Domestic sales in April 2018 were at 29,884 units, as against 25,208 units during April 2017. Total tractor sales (domestic + exports) during April 2018 were at 30,925 units, as against 26,151 units for the same period last year. Exports for the month stood at 1,041 units.
Highlighting about the performance, Rajesh Jejurikar, President – Farm Equipment Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra said, “We have sold 29,884 tractors in the domestic market during April 2018, a growth of 19 percent over same month last year. With the prediction of a normal monsoon we expect positive sentiments to continue and boost tractor demand in the coming months. In the exports market, we have sold 1,041 tractors, a growth of 10 percent over April 2017.”
