In order to generate online orders, a Telangana based dairy brand, Sid’s Farm, has launched a mobile app for the people of Hyderabad. The consumers can order from the comfort of home; cow milk, buffalo milk, ghee, butter, paneer, cow curd and buffalo curd. The users across the areas in Hyderabad can place orders before 10 pm, delivered them before 7 am at the doorstep. They can download the app from Playstore on Android along with IoS.
On the launch of his app, Kishore Indukuri, Founder – Sids Farm said,” We have seen a metamorphosis in the consumer behaviour and patterns who are adapting to an entirely new way of living. Moreover, the pandemic has made life convenient, and consumers are also seeking more comfort in ordering online or using the app.
He added that as per Deloitte’s Global State of Consumer Tracker study, more than 70 per cent of Indians were “The Convenience seeker” willing to spend more on convenience. “To focus more on The Convenient Consumer’, we are innovating ways to add more value to our consumers, Indukuri added.

The company claims to provide the consumers with the purest form of milk that has no hormones, no preservatives and no antibiotics. The brand already has a presence in 100 stores across the regions and e-commerce platforms like Bigbasket, Amazon and Flipkart. This value addition of an app provides an opportunity for the consumers with comfort, ease of use and convenience where users can subscribe, pause or resume the delivery of essentials.
Sid’s Farm product range includes whole cow’s milk, whole buffalo’s milk, skim milk, cow’s butter, cow’s ghee, buffalo’s butter, buffalo’s ghee, cow’s curd, buffalo’s curd and paneer.
Sid’s Farm is the vision of Dr Kishore Indukuri, an IIT Kharagpur and the University of Massachusetts Alumni. The brand has grown manifold and has been achieving 100 per cent YoY growth for the past few years. Currently, the company serves over 10,000 customers daily on a subscription basis.
